Why choose Wright Way Training?
From my background you can be rest assured that I have an in-depth knowledge of the expectations of CQC and what they are looking for when inspecting healthcare settings. Not only this, but I have an understanding of the role of your staff from a managers point of view and as a carer. I have been where you are now, I know the pressures you are under but I also recognise the importance of supporting your staff, helping them to grow whilst improving and then maintaining the quality of care for your service users. I am incredibly passionate about providing teaching and training to our future healthcare workers in a way that motivates and excites them. I am a firm believer that learning should be fun, engaging and empowering. With my experience I can empathise and I can provide real world examples from my own practice. I believe in providing a positive training experience for my clients, which can only result in positive outcomes.
